ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

You can place your order with us by:

	E-mail: sales@jonathansheppardbooks.com.   You may split your credit card number and expiration date into two parts and enclose one part in a separate e-mail message if you prefer.

In order to fill your order, we need:

	Your complete name and mailing address, for shipping.
	For each map you order, please include both Map Number and Title (e.g., M1: Germany 1760), as well as the number of copies of each you want to purchase.

We offer two types of shipping:

	Folded: maps are folded to approximately 9" x 12" and shipped flat. The cost is $5.00 for deliveries in the U.S., no matter how many maps you order.
	Rolled: maps are rolled and shipped without folding in a mailing tube. The cost is $7.00 for deliveries in the U.S., no matter how many maps you order.

For shipments to locations outside the U.S.: Add an additional $1.50 US to shipping costs above for postage to Canada and Mexico. Shipping charges outside North America will be billed separately if paying by check, or will be charged to your credit card.

Shipping Method: Orders shipped to addresses outside  the U.S. are shipped First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International depending upon weight. We will select the most advantageous shipping rate unless you instruct us otherwise. We fill orders quickly, but please allow time for delivery.

New York residents, please add sales tax at the appropriate local & state rate. Tax must be calculated on the total cost of maps and shipping.

We accept personal checks, business checks or money orders in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. We also accept VISA or MasterCard; be sure to include your card number and exp. date.  Please do not mail cash.
