ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

You can place you order with us by:

  U.S. Mail - Send your order with payment to Jonathan Sheppard Books, P.O. Box 2020, Plaza Station, Albany, NY 12220.

  E-mail: sales@jonathansheppardbooks.com. You may split your credit card number and expiration date into two parts and enclose one part in each e-mail message if you prefer.

Necessary Information:

In order to fill your book order, we need:

  Your complete name and mailing address, for shipping.

  For each book you order, please include both Book Number and Title (e.g., 9032432 - History of Anywhere County).

Shipping Costs:

The packing & shipping cost is $5.00 for the first book or volume in a set ordered and $1.50 for each additional book or volume in a set.  These charges are for deliveries in the United States via Media Mail.  Insurance is extra and depends upon the value of the books ordered.  We pack all our books securely, but we cannot be responsible for loss or damage once we ship the package.

For shipping outside the United States, please inquire. Shipping charges to addresses in other locations outside North America will be billed separately if you are paying by check, or will be charged to your credit card.

Shipping Method:

All books shipped to addresses in the U.S. are shipped book rate or equivalent, via U.S. Mail.

Orders shipped to addresses outside  the U.S. are shipped First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International depending upon weight. We will select the most advantageous shipping rate unless you instruct us otherwise.

We fill orders quickly, but please allow time for delivery.

Sales Tax:

If you are a New York resident, please add sales tax at the appropriate local and state rate. Tax must be calculated on the total cost of books plus shipping.

Payment:

We accept personal checks, business checks  or money order in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks.  We also accept VISA or MasterCard; please be sure to include your card number and expiration date.  Please do not mail cash.
