[M 13] Denmark, with Schleswig- Holstein and Lauenburg. Originally engraved in Gotha in 1846 by Adolph Stieler, this map is enhanced by insets of Iceland, the area near Hamburg and a plan of Copenhagen. Coastal islands are identified, as well as the railway lines and roads. The southwestern tip of Sweden is also shown in some detail.

Entitled A New Map of the Kingdom of Denmark, Comprehending North and South Jutland, Zeeland, Fyen, Laaland, and Part of Holstein, from the Latest Authorities, this 1799 map by John Cary shows towns, villages, roads and internal subdivisions as they appeared at the end of the 18th century.
